* Late regional phase entry (two-three months after 31-month date) allowed upon payment of significant additional official fees.

** Deferred payment of the excess claims fees is allowed. An amendment reducing the claims or payment of the fees is due within six months of the filing date.

• Renewal fee may be due at regional phase entry. 

• Europe member states: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye and United Kingdom.

* The English translation (in case of non-EN, FR or DE applications) can be submitted within two months from the filing date.

• A certified copy of the Priority Document needs to be filed within 16 months from the earliest priority date (with details needed at filing).
