For over a decade, Harshil Ved has been a driving force for Accessibility & Disability Inclusion. A 13-year veteran of Google, he's cultivated expertise across advertising sales, accessibility support operations, and product accessibility, culminating in his current role as a Technical Program Manager for Accessibility & AI Innovation within Google's Platforms & Devices organization. As someone born legally blind, Harshil brings a unique and powerful perspective to his work, fueled by a deep passion for disability inclusion. This commitment extends beyond Google, as evidenced by his service as a board member for the American Foundation for the Blind. Ultimately, Harshil's mission is to leverage technology and innovation to build a more inclusive world for all.

Gwenola Trystram

Consultant, Globalization PMO

Dell Technologies

Gwen Trystram is a Globalization Consultant at Dell Technologies with twenty plus years of experience in the localization industry. In this role, Gwen advocates for a customer-first approach and process optimization across multiple globalization programs and has a tracking record of cost effective outcomes. She is passionate about bridging all aspects of globalization across the business, from Procurement to Legal to Support. She uses coaching and Socratic dialogue to transform roles in a future-proof PMO. For the past 3 years, Gwen has been a champion for Accessibility awareness and compliance across the company. Gwen is French, holds a MA in Technical Translation from the University of Rennes (France) and a BA Hons in European Studies from Newcastle University (UK) where she resides with her family.
