RWS Data Processing Agreement for use by Customers when engaging RWS under the RWS Master Services Agreement

When Customers engage with RWS under the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and intend to include personal data in the content for translation the RWS Data Processing Agreement is required.

RWS will process the personal data in the content for translation as a data processor in accordance with the terms of the DPA. 

The DPA will be appended to the MSA.
