• The Power of Attorney, assignment and Certificate of Incorporation should be submitted to the Jordanian Patent Office within 60 days from the date of filing the application (extensions are available). All documents need to be translated into English and Arabic. Late submission of missing documents will incur a charge, invoiced by the agent. All supporting documents for filing must be translated into Arabic, invoiced by the agent.


• The Certificate of Incorporation of the applicant company must be certified but no legalization necessary.


• An Arabic translation of the priority document must be submitted within 60 days of the national phase filing.
