Voice of the Vendor: Your feedback helps us work better together

We want to start with a big thank you to everyone who participated in Voice of the Vendor, our vendor survey for 2023. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, helping us to create a more positive experience for you while working with RWS. 

The survey was sent to over 6,000 vendors, covering a variety of languages, length of engagement and profile types. The areas covered in the survey range from operational topics to RWS’s values, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and the overall experience of working with RWS. Our team has been working on analyzing the feedback and identifying areas where you feel we do well, as well as those in which there is room for improvement. 

We are very grateful for the feedback and response rates. Your feedback allows us to gain insights into how we’re doing and how we can improve.

 

What are we doing next?

We are carefully going through the feedback you shared and have been gradually reaching out to those of you who stated that you are happy to have further conversations and receive more information on the feedback where needed.

We will use this feedback to identify further actions that we can put in place to continuously improve our collaboration with you. 

We value continuous feedback and encourage you to get in touch with your main RWS contact to share your questions, feedback or suggestions at any time. We believe our close relationship with our vendors is key to success.
