Tridion Docs - Structured content reuse made easy

Users of Draft Space can use the outline tab to insert existing components from the central repository into their publication. Once inserted, the user can position the content appropriately either by the context menu or by drag and drop. New content is automatically added in draft status, and can be easily edited as normal. The grey menu bar along the top of the screen gives the author quick access to content references via the library. These short pieces of content are stored in the central repository and cannot be edited once inserted to protect their consistency across all the publications they are reused in.
