The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for maintaining the CRM environment, providing help and assistance to its users, updating legacy data and monitor the quality of data being entered.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Running daily reports to ensure previous day’s modified data is clean and succinct
  • De-duplication of accounts, contacts, leads according to specific criteria
  • Supporting Salesforce end-users on a day-to-day basis with the use of Salesforce or related apps. Support includes but is no limited to:
    • Providing user training for the general functionality of Salesforce
    • Changing account ownership on behalf of users and ensuring these changes are reflected in Agresso, our ERP system
    • Assisting with importing or updating data on a large scale
    • Password resets, account creation and management
    • Maintaining bespoke/internal Salesforce documentation
  • Liaising with management to implement any new business procedures or improvements within Salesforce
  • Ensuring that any major changes or incidents are correctly logged
  • Creating or pruning objects, fields or values should the business deem it necessary
  • Performing mass tasks using the data loader
  • Assisting the marketing team with the use of Pardot and campaigns where needed
  • Management of workflow rules
  • Modification of page layouts over various objects where needed
  • Creating and managing reports and dashboards
  • Documentation of best practices and procedures for transparency
  • Assisting our development teams with issues relating to their integrated platform, triggers, API APEX classes and use case scenarios
  • Keeping up to date with new Salesforce features and updates

We are seeking an Automotive Translator with English mother tongue to translate texts from German into English.

Our expert translators are split into teams which focus on specific clients and tasks. As a translator, you will be required to carry out a variety of tasks involved in completing translation assignments. Your tasks will include translating, reviewing and recording terminology. You will work closely with our project managers in a supportive environment.

Your profile:

You have a degree in translation or a comparable qualification as per ISO 17100. You have some previous experience working as a technical translator, preferably in automotive translation, and are accustomed to adhering to client specifications. Your understanding of the German source text enables you to produce an accurate translation. You are able to write in an appropriate style in your mother tongue without spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. You must have experience with CAT tools; Star Transit is a plus.
